Unable to start, power supply is abnormal, main power protection switch is damaged and tripped. Determine whether the power supply has a short-circuit or a wrong connection, and check whether the power switch is damaged. If the voltage is abnormal, please follow the rated voltage on the nameplate to allow a small range of plus or minus 5%, break the wire, find out the power failure, and repair it, and the electrical component is faulty. Power switch, electromagnetic protection switch tripped or defective, replaced with new, overload protector, high-voltage protection switch tripped or defective, reset or replaced, defective starting capacitor, running capacitor, replacement, defective compressor, replace with a new one.

Trip after startup: electrical component failure, bad pressure switch, replace with a new one. The fan motor is defective. Renewed. The overload protector is defective, replace it with a new one. Defective walker, replace it with a new one. The fan capacitor is bad, replace it with a new one. If the conditions of use are inconsistent or the operation is improper, start continuously, and each start takes more than five minutes.

Handle air volume overload, reduce air handling volume. The inlet temperature of the dryer or the surrounding temperature is too high, add a cooler or enlarge the model or improve the ventilation, the condenser or cooler fins are blocked, clean it. If the cooling water is abnormal, the water-cooled condenser and the water filter are blocked. Improve the cooling water or clean the condenser and water filter.

The pressure drop is too large, the piping system is abnormal, the pipeline valve is not fully opened, and the unpopular door is fully opened. The pipe diameter is too small and the pipe diameter is enlarged. The pipeline is too long, elbows, and joints are too many. The pipeline system is redesigned. The two compressors run in parallel through the upper air compressor and the matching is not good. The pipeline system is redesigned and the filter in the pipeline is blocked.

Clean the filter or replace with a new filter element. There is too much air leakage at the pipe connection. Check the pipe. If the air handling capacity exceeds the rated flow rate of the super cold dryer, replace the cold dryer or add a cold dryer. The evaporator end is icing and the pressure switch is defective. Normal operation, but the water removal effect is not good, the piping system is abnormal, the bypass valve is not fully closed, the bypass valve is closed tightly, and the air does not pass through the dryer. The inlet valve of the dryer is fully open; the dryer is not placed horizontally, but placed flat. If the compressed air is abnormal, the processing air volume exceeds the rated, install a dryer; the surrounding temperature is too high (over 35 degrees Celsius), improve the ambient temperature. The abnormal normal value of air pressure is 7kgf/cm2 or marked on its own label.

The refrigeration system is abnormal, the refrigerant is leaking, and the leakage is repaired and then filled with refrigerant; the compressor valve is worn out, replace with a new one. The refrigerant pipeline is blocked, it uses high-pressure nitrogen to discharge the impurities in the system, and then the filter is dried, and a new vacuum is required to fill the refrigerant. If the pressure switch fails, replace it with a new one; if the condenser or cooler fan motor fails, replace it with a new one. The refrigerant pressure is too high (water-cooled), adjust the water volume control valve or clean the water filter.

Abnormal dewatering effect, clogged condenser fins, clean; abnormal cooling water or clogged filter of water-cooled condenser; improve cooling water or clean condenser, water filter, drain valve failure or not fully opened, replace Or open the valve.

If the operating pressure is abnormal, consider changing the meter or updating the model; the automatic drain is tilted and leveled. The water filter filter is clogged, clean it. The drain pipe is blocked for cleaning. The drain outlet is higher than the automatic drain, adjust the height of the drain outlet; if the drain float fails, replace it with a new one.
