The wind condenser of the air dryer should be cleaned to avoid crushing the fin surface of the wind condenser.

Enough space for ventilation and heat dissipation should be ensured around the wind condenser, and it cannot work under direct sunlight; regularly use compressed air to remove dust on the surface, and the flow and pressure of compressed air for cleaning should not be too large. Maintenance knowledge of air-cooled dryers and water-cooled dryers.

(1) Observe and record the meter value 4 times per shift

1. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressed air does not exceed 0.035Mpa;

2, evaporation pressure gauge 0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa;

3, high pressure pressure gauge 1.2Mpa-1.6Mpa.

(2) The drainage and sewage system of the refrigeration dryer should be observed frequently

1. The float drainer is cleaned once a week or so;

2. The sewage pipe discharges sewage once a week.

◆Electronic drain cleaning method:

a. Close the ball valve in front of the automatic drain;

b. Loosen the upper fixing nut and take out the timing coil. During the cleaning process, the coil should never be in contact with water, otherwise the coil will burn;

c. Pull out the hose, loosen the drain valve body, and vent the compressed air in the drain;

d. Remove the valve core and wipe it clean;

e. Screw the valve body back to its original position, open the front ball valve slightly, and use compressed air to drain impurities, water and oil in the drainage system; wipe the valve body with a rag;

f. Reinstall the valve core and timing coil in their original positions; then install the hose and open the front ball valve.

(3) Frequently observe the inlet temperature of the cooling water system and compressed air system

1. The cooling water temperature is 2~32℃;

2, water pressure 0.15~0.3Mpa;

3. Generally, the intake temperature of compressed air should be ≤45℃ (it is advisable to touch the intake pipe by hand to not be hot), except for special cases;

4. The cooling water should be kept clean. The Y-type filter is cleaned once every half a month, and the water quality is good once a month; the water condenser is cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality), and the air condenser is cleaned once a month.

◆Shell and tube water condenser cleaning: close the cooling water inlet and outlet, open the end cover of the unconnected water pipe, the outside of the end cover and the gasket only need to be cleaned with water; the inside of the copper pipe should be cleaned with gas, water or a rag Stick cleaning; care should be taken not to use too much force when cleaning, so as not to break the internal copper pipe.

(4) Frequently observe the refrigeration system

1. The compressor of the freeze dryer is touched by hand at least once a day. Normally it is cold and frosty;

2. The temperature difference between the two sides of the filter drier should be touched by hand every week, and the temperature difference should not be large (the inlet is hot and the outlet is cold, and it needs to be replaced);

3. If you find abnormal sound or heat generation from the compressor, you should contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.

(5) Check the electrical control system: blow dust and tighten the terminals (must be done without power)

(6) Appearance maintenance

Use a clean towel to wipe off oil and dust on the surface of the equipment regularly. Remove the dust and oil stains on the floor where the cold dryer and air compressor are installed, and keep the environment clean and tidy.
